I am an experienced tutor and teacher both inside and outside the classroom. I have dual bachelors' degrees in Pure Math and Standard Physics from CCNY. I tutor grades 1- college.

Tutoring Style:

I am a calm and patient tutor that excels in nurturing and encouraging students to engage in their subjects. I excel in helping students understand ideas in their own way so they can absorb and apply the techniques effectively. I meet students where they are so they can best achieve their goals.

Success Story:

One of my favorite success stories is when first working with a student, I was told they were behind grade level and really struggled with the subject. When we started together I assured the student we will get him up to speed and he just needs to trust in the process. We then worked together building the basis for algebra from the ground up. When he moved on to another classroom, his new teacher came to me and asked what I did with the student because the school notes said he needed remediation, yet the other teacher said he was amazing at math!

Hobbies & Interests:

My hobbies and interest include making great food, hanging out in nature, solving puzzles and brain teasers, hanging out with my 2 cats, and doing math!
