I am an extremely dedicated certified teacher with more than 30 years of national and international experience. I have a master’s degree in math and education from WGU and I tutor grades 9-College.

My tutoring style:

I believe in building relationships with students and working from there towards math and its difficulties for the student. My style is to adjust and fulfill the learning skill of all levels of learners. I try to reduce the anxiety level of the learner. Also I start from how and why of each topic for them to get interested and take a step towards confidence in math.

Success story:

I tutored a student in 9th grade who hated math with a passion. I tutored her for a month and she passed the course with a D and I continued tutoring her the rest of the math class and she ended up with excellent AP score and finished her post graduation as a math major. We still have conversation about the days she feared math and how I helped her working towards the goal and how she became successful.
