What benefits do I get with each Learner subscription?
All subscription levels offer 1:1 tutoring across all subjects and grade levels. Additionally, the Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Medallion levels include unlimited group classes and unlimited homework help. The Silver level does not include group classes or homework help.
What are the different Learner program levels and their costs?
Silver: $219 per month for 2 hours of tutoring
Gold: $349 per month for 4 hours of tutoring
Platinum: $589 per month for 8 hours of tutoring
Diamond: $799 per month for 12 hours of tutoring
Medallion: $999 per month for 16 hours of tutoring
Star: $1,209 per month for 20 hours of tutoring
Sapphire: $1,759 per month for 30 hours of tutoring
Are there any subjects or grade levels not covered by the Learner programs?
All Learner subscriptions offer tutoring in all subjects and grade levels.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription level?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription level at any time.
What if my child needs more than the allocated hours for a given month?
Additional tutoring hours can be purchased at the same hourly rate of your plan. Please contact us for details.
How do I access the features of my Learner program?
Upon subscription, you'll receive an email with detailed instructions on how to access all your benefits.
What happens if I don’t use all my tutoring hours in a month?
Unused hours do not roll over to the following month. Make sure to schedule your sessions so you get the most out of your subscription.
