I am a tutor with more than 8 years of experience tutoring STEM classes from grades 4 – College. I have taken NY Regent exams, the ACT, and the MCAT. In 2015 I received cum laude B.S. Biochemistry and A.S. in Psychology degrees from Kent State University, rated one of the top 200 Universities in the world by U.S. News. I have 10 years of industry experience in the biotechnology and chemical sectors, and co-invented 12 patented technologies.

My Tutoring Style:

I am a passionate tutor who loves teaching all types of test prep to many age groups and ethnicities. I adapt my teaching to best fit my student’s learning styles and I like to make learning fun through interactive demos and humor! I’m very approachable and I completely understand how stressful it can be to find someone who is patient and can break down a difficult concept in many ways.

Success Story:

One of my favorite tutoring experiences was with a high-school student struggling to prepare for his NY Regents examinations. I was able to help him prep for the Geometry and Chemistry exams by practicing test taking and memorization techniques while bolstering his fundamental understanding of both topics. The students went on to pass both examinations with an above average grade.
