I have been a private tutor since 2018 and I have extensive experience in tutoring algebra, geometry, trigonometry, pre-calculus, calculus, chemistry, biology, and more. I have a bachelor's degree in chemistry and math from Shorter University and I tutor grades 6-College.

My tutoring style:

I am a high-energy, enthusiastic teacher that loves math and science. I am a big extrovert and I love getting to know all of my students on a personal level. I have more of a relaxed temperament when it comes to teaching, but I keep things organized and very structured. My goal is to create an environment where students feel comfortable and motivated to learn!

Success story:

One success story that I love is when I helped a student struggling in honors chemistry. He came to me with 1 test plus the final left. He had a C average and after a couple of sessions and practice, he aced his last test and final and ended up with an A- average in the class.
