I have more than 30 years of experience at universities in the USA, Canada, UK, Greece, and Australia. My experience includes providing tutoring services for AP and IB courses, as well as instruction for IELTS, TOEIC, and TOEFL English language program, and ACT, SAT, GMAT, GRE, and LSAT prep programs. I tutor grades 5-College.

My Tutoring Style:

I am a student-centric teacher with an adaptive teaching style to the student's particular learning style. I employ a mastery learning methodology for my students, ensuring that they learn the material step-by-step. I welcome questions and eagerly adapt my teaching style to meet the student's learning style and needs. If a student does not grasp the concept, I will alternate teaching methods until the student is able to fully comprehend the concept.

Success Story:

As I measure my own success by how well the student performs on the test, my favorite success story involves a recent SAT test prep program I was privileged to participate in. After working one-on-one with a cadre of high school students in Saudi Arabia, for preparation for the SAT exam, all of my students were able to score 1,500 or higher on the SAT.

Hobbies & Interests:

In my spare time I enjoy scuba diving, wood working, writing, and reading.
