I've been tutoring students in Mathematics and Test Prep since I graduated in 2023. I hold a bachelor's degree from Williams College, where I studied Math and Studio Art.

My Tutoring Style:

I approach tutoring with acceptance of where a student is at. Specifically, Math/Testing can be a real struggle for many students and can even become an emotional sore spot. When I tutor, I am not only trying to lead students through a particular problem, but teach them the specific mental and emotional skills they need to deal with struggle and frustration.

Success Story:

My most recent success story is when I worked with a student to improve her Algebra grade and overall math skills. We met about three times a week and saw immediate improvement in her test scores. More importantly, she began to take pride in her abilities and started sharing her successes from class with me. I have also enjoyed helping students prepare for the SAT and ACT by strengthening their math skills, test-taking strategies, and confidence.

Hobbies & Interests:

I like to spend my free time painting, making videos, playing guitar, watching live music, or playing video games - even better if I can do those things with my friends!
