I am a certified teacher with years of classroom experience. I have taught elementary school and have tutored all grades. I have a bachelor's in liberal studies from William Jessup University and I tutor grades K-12.

My tutoring style:

I am a patient and fun teacher. I love working with students at their level and growing their understanding and confidence. I am enthusiastic and kind.

Success story:

I started tutoring a 2nd grader who was struggling with school. While we were working together, she told me she 'knew she wasn't smart'. It took the rest of the year, but by the end of the year, we had found her strengths and helped her confidence. The next year, she said she wanted to be a math teacher (one of her strengths) when she grew up. It was an amazing experience seeing her flourish.

Hobbies and interests:

I love art, gardening, and cooking. I love reading books for fun, and listening to podcasts. I have been learning to crochet, and enjoying making new recipes.
