I am a certified teacher with more than 15 years of experience helping middle and high school students succeed in math. With bachelor’s and master’s degrees in education and experience teaching both in-person and online, I specialize in tutoring math for grades 6th - College Freshman.

Tutoring Style

My tutoring style is patient and encouraging, with a focus on building confidence and reducing math anxiety. I tailor each lesson to meet the student’s unique needs and learning style, ensuring they truly understand the material rather than just memorizing steps.

Success Story

One of my students used to say they were not a “math person” and felt Geometry was too hard. I worked with them 3 times a week to build confidence and strengthen their geometric skills. By the end of the course, they went from wanting to give up to earning a solid B!

Hobbies & Interests

In my free time, I enjoy learning to code, relaxing with my cats, and watching Deadpool movies. I also love spending time with my family and discovering new things to learn.
