I am looking to give back by teaching our next generation of learners! I have a master's degree in bioengineering from Northeastern University and I tutor grades 2nd-College at various levels and cognitive abilities. I am looking forward to continuing to help others learn.

My tutoring style:

I like to find where a student is comfortable and use that to guide my progress. Lots and lots of example problems! Give the student the opportunity to show you what they know and where they need guidance.

Success story:

Last summer, I was able to work with two students catch up on their math after being out of school due to covid. At the start, the students had no interest in learning math. They would put up a fight every day, wishing to just play with their iPad. Slowly, we were able to use the iPad as an incentive, and by the end of the summer, they were asking for more example problems on long division!

Hobbies and interests:

I am learning ASL, I build robots, I like to hike, I like painting and pottery.
