Tutoring Style

It is important to me to tutor content thoroughly. I want to cover all the important details so I can know that there's no room for misunderstanding. This means I am happy to take as much time as needed to help students fully understand a concept. I am able to quickly adapt to a student's needs and answer their questions.

Success Story

I worked with one student that was struggling in Algebra 2, bordering on failing the class. They were especially struggling with logarithms and exponential functions. With some extended, careful review over the course of a couple months, they were able to pull their grade from a D to a B+.
