I am a certified teacher with 15 years of classroom experience. I have taught science and biology to grades 5-10. I have a BS in biology and an MSE in Educational Leadership.

Success Story

One of my tutoring success stories involved working with a high school student preparing for the ACT. We worked together to identify her weaker areas, strengthen her test-taking strategies, and build her confidence leading up to the exam. Through consistent practice and targeted support, she was able to reach her goal score. I really enjoyed helping her see that improvement was possible with the right approach and encouragement. In addition to ACT prep, I also enjoy helping students strengthen their skills in math and reading by building a strong foundational understanding and confidence in those subjects.
