I am a certified teacher with 9 years of experience teaching Science. I have taught 7th & 8th grade Science for 8 years and Forensic Science for 1 year. I have a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Education.

Tutoring Style

I am deeply knowledgeable about 7th & 8th Grade Science content. I am able to adapt to different learning styles and needs, while being sure to check-in and clarify misunderstandings. I make sure to develop a thorough understanding of all topics of interest.

Success Story

One of my favorite success stories is when I tutored a student who was struggling in 8th Grade Science. We met twice a week during the second semester and she ended up enjoying Science so much that she took AP Science classes during all of her high school years.

Hobbies & Interests

I played softball & was a cheerleader and a competitive gymnast when I was younger. I also coached gymnastics and softball for a few years. I love animals; I have 3 dogs and 3 cats.
